We are a group of 7 people from Thailand 🇹🇭, we really enjoyed our stay at Sapa Vista Hotel, All staff very friendly and helpful, They helped us to arrange the transportation of booking the sleeping train and taxi from Hanoi to the hotel and everything was smoothly. We stayed for 2 nights, and we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day. The food was amazing, especially a hot pot with salmon 😋 so delicious. The location was perfect. The views of the mountains are just in front of our balcony, but unlucky the weather is not so good too much foggy we couldn't see any view. Staff of Hotel recommended that the best time to visit is on September and October the weather is clearer. The town is just behind the hotel you can walk to shop, bars and restaurants. We will definitely come back again, Vietnamese people are very kind and friendly, and even their English is not good, but everyone still tries to help .On the way back home I have forgotten my passport and my wallet on the train. Staff from the train and from the hotel tried to contact me to come back and get it, so I got all my stuff back and can fry home on time, This is impressive to me so much 😀. Thank you so much, and see you again 😊 🙏

Exceptional, respectful and courteous staff, especially the lady at the reception (I did not manage to ge the name). We arrived much earlier than the check in time but she was very kind to allow us to check in early to rest. There was a miscommunication regarding my advanced booking for breakfast at the hotel and she handled the matter professionally. It was a national holiday when we arrived and despite the extra busyness, she maintained her composure. Instead of a mountain-view room which I booked, we were given a room with view of the hill behind the hotel but it was ok as the room was quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable. The free wifi was good and smooth. The breakfast was adequate, the food was warm and delicious. The hotel is located at a busy junction of the Sapa town, but we liked it as it was walking distance to the points of interests like Moana Sapa, the Sapa town centre, the Sin Chai village, and the Cat2 village.

receptionists, staff, and masseuse were very very friendly - cheapest 90 min massage here compared to all of sapa (300k vnd), and so amazing!!! buffet breakfast had good variety of both western and asian fruits/carbs/veggies. if you check out early they’ll also store ur luggage for free. they also negotiate for grab taxis cheaper if ur going somewhere far, eg the glass bridge. but location is super close to everything - highly recommend the funny pub & resto 1 minute walk away from hotel, there’s 3 super cute mountain dogs!!!! room was clean but theres a huge window into the bathroom - there’s blinds but they’re a little hard to work with, would be fine for couples but keep that in mind if you’re going with friends.

The room is clean and spacious, offering views of the mountains and tram line. Additionally, it is conveniently located just about 1 km from Cat Cat Village and a 700-meter walk to Sun Plaza Station. The hotel provides a delicious buffet breakfast. We also took advantage of the massage and laundry services, both of which were excellent. The staff, particularly Toan, are incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing responsive and attentive service.

The location of the hotel was good. We walked to the Sapa Station to go to the Fansipan. Even to explore the Sapa City was like 7 min walking distance. The personal at the hotel were so kind. She welcomed us so kindly and gave us recommendations for our trip to Fansipan. On our way back to the bus station she organised us a tuk tuk because we couldn’t get a taxi. We had a room with a balcony and mountain view. The view was amazing!
